This Privacy Policy explains how BrickArena ("the App"), developed by Only MasterPiece Productions ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using BrickArena, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who we are

BrickArena is a competitive multiplayer block-placement game developed by Only MasterPiece Productions. If you have any questions about this policy or about your data, you can contact us at: contact@brickarena.org

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run the game and its online features:

• Google account information (via Google Sign-In): when you choose to sign in with your Google account, we receive your name and email address. Signing in is optional — you can also play as a guest.
• Game data: your match results, ELO rating, ranking position, and the player name shown in-game. This is stored on our own server so that online features (rankings, matchmaking, multiplayer) can work.
• Advertising identifier: the App displays ads through Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads (see Section 4).
• Local data on your device: game preferences and settings are stored locally on your device (using secure storage) and are not transmitted to us.

We do not knowingly collect any other personal data, and we do not use analytics or crash-reporting tools.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the game and its online features (multiplayer, rankings, matchmaking, ELO);
• Identify you in rankings and multiplayer matches;
• Display advertising (see Section 4);
• Maintain and improve the App.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

BrickArena uses Google AdMob to show banner advertisements to guest players and to players who lost their last match. To serve and measure these ads, Google AdMob may collect and process certain data, including your device's advertising identifier and information about your interaction with ads.

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (under Google / Ads).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as needed to operate the App:

• With Google (Sign-In and AdMob), as described above;
• Where required by law.

We do not share your data with any other third parties for their own purposes.

6. Data storage and security

Game data is stored on our own server. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our web server keeps access logs for security and operational purposes. These logs record the timestamp, requested URL, HTTP method, and response status. IP addresses are stored in masked form (only the first two octets are retained) and cannot be used to identify individual users.

7. Children's privacy

BrickArena is a game of general appeal and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at contact@brickarena.org and we will take steps to remove it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights — including deletion of your account data and game results — contact us at: contact@brickarena.org

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
